Educational Qualifications and Experience for MECL Recruitment 2024
Geology
- Qualification: M.Sc/M.Tech/M.Sc.Tech in Geology, Applied Geology, Earth Science, Exploration Geology, or Mineral Exploration.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the respective field.
Geophysics
- Qualification: M.Sc/M.Tech/M.Sc.Tech in Geophysics or Applied Geophysics.
- Experience: At least 2 years in geophysics-related roles.
Drilling Engineering
- Qualification: B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or any other relevant engineering discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in drilling operations.
- Preferred: Knowledge of drilling machinery and SAP PM, QM modules.
Mechanical Engineering
- Qualification: B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or any related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years in mechanical engineering.
- Preferred: Experience with CAD-CAM software and knowledge of SAP PP & QM modules.
Business Development & Marketing
- Qualification: MBA/PGDM in General Management.
- Experience: At least 2 years in business development or marketing roles.
- Preferred: Experience in financial proposals and marketing strategies.
Finance & Accounts
- Qualification: CA/ICWA or MBA/PGDM in Finance Management.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years in finance-related roles.
HR
- Qualification: Postgraduate Degree/Diploma in HR/Personnel Management or MBA/MSW in HR.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in human resource management.
- Preferred: Experience in Organizational Development (OD) and learning programs.
Medical Doctor
- Qualification: MBBS from a recognized university.
- Experience: At least 2 years in the medical field.

- As of 05 November 2024: The maximum age for applicants is 35 years.
- Relaxation:
- OBC candidates: 3 years
- SC/ST candidates: 5 years
- PWD candidates: 10 years (13 years for OBC, 15 years for SC/ST)
